Returns & Exchanges

Every order can be exchanged for a different size within 15 days of delivery. Size exchanges are auto-approved — no need to wait on a support reply.

Returns for a refund (rather than a size exchange) are accepted within 15 days for unworn pairs in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the returned pair reaching our workshop.

To start either, go to Track an Order, look up your order by ID or phone number, and select the item you'd like to exchange or return.
